V-Girl Style is proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries worldwide. It is our pleasure to bring you the best quality products along with unmatched customer service.Β 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for U.S. orders of $25+ and International orders of $49+

How do you ship packages?Β 
Packages from our warehouse overseas will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.Β 

Do you ship worldwide?Β 
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.Β 

What about customs?Β 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.Β 

How long does shipping take?Β 
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates*:Β 
The United States 10-20 Business daysΒ 
Canada, Europe 10-20 Business daysΒ 
Australia, New Zealand 10-30 Business daysΒ 
Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 Business daysΒ 
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?Β 
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.Β 

My tracking says β€œNo information available at the moment”.Β 
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.Β 

Will my items be sent in one package?Β 
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.Β 

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately atΒ info@vgirlstyle.comΒ if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:
By placing an order on β€˜V-Girl Style’, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back toΒ β€˜V-Girl Style’. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
V-Girl Style is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
